Our incredible team of over 50 volunteers is vital to the success of the Festival.
They are the face of the Festival, helping festival goers and speakers to find their way around the facilities at Northwood House, St Mary’s Church and the Royal Yacht Squadron.
They ensure the rooms are maintained to a high standard, and the flow of participants moves smoothly between sessions.
We are recruiting for 2024 and all are welcome! If you have any disabilities, please let us know on application and we will do our best to accommodate you and assign an appropriate role. If you are interested in joining the team please email volunteer@isleofwightliteraryfestival.com
